- Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your unique Apple ID, name, and email address (unless hidden).
- Profile Data: Information you voluntarily provide, such as your bio, website, and social media links.
- Application Content: Screenshots, feedback messages, and app descriptions uploaded to the platform.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with apps and other users on the platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data to facilitate the testing process, including:
- Connecting developers with qualified testers.
- Managing feedback threads and communication.
- Calculating karma points and maintaining the reputation system.
- Sending push notifications about new versions or messages.
3. Account Deletion
In accordance with Apple's guidelines, we provide a clear and simple way to delete your account.
How to delete: You can request account deletion directly within the mobile app settings. Once requested, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
What happens: During this period, your profile will be hidden. After 30 days, all personal data (email, name, social links) will be permanently erased from our database. Feedback messages may be anonymized to preserve the integrity of development history but will no longer be associated with your identity.
4. Moderation and Safety
To ensure a safe environment, we monitor reports of abuse. If a user is blocked or reported, we may review relevant communication to take appropriate action, including account suspension.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
